The report “Operational Indicators of Trafficking for Human Beings” contains the results from a Delphi survey implemented by the ILO and the European Commission in 2009. Next to a definiton and contextualisation of trafficking, it includes 4 sets of indicators. The first two are about adult labour exploitation sexual exploitaton and the second two refer to children.
